Strategic Plan

NCGI is dedicated to five core values that serve as the foundation of our organizational success. These guiding principles shape our approach to implementing impactful programs and activities, ensuring we remain focused and effective in our mission.

✅ We aim to bridge existing socio-economic gaps by raising community awareness about the importance of caring for vulnerable groups. This approach will foster greater understanding of the challenging conditions faced by those we support.

✅ To make affordable healthcare services accessible to the elderly and other vulnerable groups by advocating and partnering with key organizations.

✅ Our approach involves partnering with private philanthropists, corporations, small businesses, and all levels of government to build sustainable, healthy communities. We aim to be a leading voice for neglected elderly individuals, people with diverse abilities, and widows and widowers.

✅ To advocate for the development and implementation of policies that improve the well-being and quality of life of those we serve, ensuring our target communities receive the care and support they need.

✅ To raise funds through proposal writing, campaigns, and partnerships with corporate organizations and small businesses, supporting initiatives that make a positive impact.

Our strategy is to support vulnerable individuals through:

i. Provision of walking aids for people with physical challenges

ii. Operating a community kitchen and Food Bank to assist those in need.

iii. Maintaining a clothing bank for donations and distribution.
